Week 15 (6th week post C25K) & I have completed my first 10K run in about 15 years (& made it in just over 55 minutes). So happy I went for this challenge, I never thought I would be able to run 10K again having had knee issues for years and a snapped Achilles tendon last year. Celebrating the extra calorie burn with pizza and wine 🍕 🍷

Congratulations on completing your first 10K in a brilliant sub 60 minutes time of just over 55 minutes, if you wish to get the badge and the words Graduate10 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked December Graduate10 homepage and tell the administrators that you have ran your first 10K

(don't bother about 15 years ago)
