today i went soooooo slow it was like trudging! it was the only way i could do it... i was so determined not to have to repeat the run...i wanted to do three lots of five minutes so so much...and i did.

i was so focused on 'winning'... when really i know even if i can't do runs and have to repeat them i am off the couch so i am winning anyhow... win win!
