Ran W3R2 this morning, all good!

I found the first 90 second run was over more quickly than I expected, and the 3 minute runs were easier than they were for W3R1 - so all very positive!

I'm feeling encouraged but I realise there's a long way to go (5km, to be exact :) )

Well done!

As for the 5 km, don't get your hopes up. Most people don't reach 5 km when they run 30 minutes. When I ran years ago, I needed 40 to 45 minutes to reach 5 km and now I run much slower than those years ago. So I wouldn't be surprised if I need now 50 minutes to reach 5 km 😆

Thats good to hear, and encouraging for me in week 2!!
