80 years and 6 days old and I have just completed C25K in 9 weeks, and, after a break from running for decades. If I can do it then you can, too - perhaps a little earlier in life! I am so glad I discovered niko niko running along the way.

Well done you, and completed in the 9 weeks! My father is 88 and whilst he no longer runs, having given up around 80, he can actually still run! He just gave up because he got a bit nervous about it. Just shows people in their later years can be more active than some youngsters!

Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

This guide to post C25k running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

The usual route to get your badge is to leave a message in the current month's Graduation Badge post which is always in the Pinned Posts, but seeing as I am giving them out this month, let's not beat about the bush.............I am delighted to award you your C25K graduate badge.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Thanks, but I don’t even know what that means. Is it an actual badge to wear or is it shown next to my name on the site? Michael

It is just the word Graduate alongside your name on the forum...........a hard won and well deserved monicker!

Well, that is lovely and a greatly appreciated idea. Thanks. Loved the information you supplied but still a bit in shock/euphoria to take it all in at the moment. Just checked my weight, too and I haven't been this weight since I was in the Sixth Form at school in 1958/9,!
