Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water the day before you run and some before you run, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾
