20 minutes running! Whoop whoop. (Well more of a slow jog!) I was no nervous about the jump from 8 to 20 minutes. I honestly didn’t think I could do it. I was absolutely knackered at the end of it but really surprised how quickly my breathing recovered.
And so chuffed to see the next runs is a lot easier. 😂

Well done Sabby2021, 👏🏻👏🏻 I think you need to change your title to W5R3. 20 minutes sounds tough, but if you pace yourself right and don’t set off to quickly it’s achievable.....onwards and upwards to week 6 💪🏻🏃♀️
