W6R1 - inadvertently quicker

Start of week 6 and heading the words of advice from folks on here, I set off determined to pace myself. I thought I was going at my normal snail pace, but was surprised at the end of the run when I found myself a fair way further around my usual route than I expected to be. To such an extent, I’ve had to take a detour to fit in the 5min warm down.

I’m feeling good after the run, but I’m going to focus on pacing myself more on the next run.

Sounds like a great run, well done👍. Maybe you've just naturally upped your pace; you felt good after? Keep up the steady pace👏👏. Well done you.🦌🐢🐌🏃‍♀️🙋
