I revisited Week 5 run 3 - 20 minute run. I ran at my new comfortable pace but put the treadmill up to an incline of 2 for the whole season including the walking. It was hard but I kept telling myself that I ran 35 minutes on Sunday. I know this sounds really stupid but I felt that I looked and moved like a runner today even if it was slow??
My next planned run will be back to 30 minutes. I might put an incline of 1 on to see how I go. Mind you I managed incline 2 for 20 minutes - umm - decisions!!
Anyway, keep safe and well everyone.

I was going to do a shorter run, last night, but still ended up doing 32 mins. Might do another 30, on wed, then maybe, another longer one, on sat, in the daylight, maybe try canal again. Anyway, that's another run, under your belt, building up strenth, stamina etc, onto the next one! 😀
I did this during my lunch break so could only do 20 minutes. I'm doing 1 short run, 1 30 minute run and 1 run which I'm increasing every week. This Sunday I jogged for 35 minutes. It looks like I'm inadvertently following Ju-Ju's Magic plan?? As you've said it's another one under our belts.
The incline is supposed to help with the transition so I’ve read. Well done on incline 2 for 20 minutes. Tomorrow I’m running outside again, but on the road. I need to run before work so it’s really dark. I’m giving the track a miss because it’s not visible and pitch black. I’m too scared. Pavements it is. I’m just seeing how far I can run without pain. I’m using a metronome app that plays through my music to try and keep my pace even. I know, saddo! I’ll still do my 5 minute walk at each end.
