Can someone tell how to get music playing during the run? I'm on android. I've tried using the app link to bbc sounds but the page link doesn't work for me and I can't e how to download the podcasts. Thanks!

To download the podcasts follow the link in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... but that will mean you cannot choose your music.

The NHS C25K app is:

play.google.com/store/apps/...

And you can use whatever music you like with it. Just start your music playing before you start the run in the app.
