Went out tonight with my daughter again, think she's getting the running bug! 😂 nice and slow, able to chat as we ran, now, bit naughty, she wanted to do 5km, first time for her, we did it, sort of, her fitbit said 5k, my strava said 4.72k, and nike app said 4.75, 39 mins, so was probably a bit short, but she was happy. I still cant believe i'm running for 30 + mins, without stopping, would never have believed it 10 weeks ago, it's mad!!! 😂

Your probably right, but i've told her i'm only doing 30 mins on wed, dont want to over do things! 😂

Well...look at you...you 5k'er😁😁😁. How fab you've got a running partner, your success has obviously inspired her. You must be feeling great...and so you should👏👏👏👍. I know you say "she was happy"....sounds like one happy Dad too. Glad you had a great run.....all been worth the effort.🏃‍♀️🙋
