What a difference in the weather today π. I still get quite nervous before I run, as though my head hasnβt caught up with the fact my body can do it yet. Anyway, I also didnβt sleep great last night and had one of those gritty headaches. But my mantra is have my legs fallen off? No, still there! So off I went. The fresh air really cleared my head, and I tried a new route going past my old 6th form college, which I went to many decades ago. I made it home in one piece feeling a bazillion times better than when I went out, and, as ever, so pleased I started this. πππ»

Well done. This running thing does seem to be more of a mind game than a body game at this point doesn't it.
Well done, you are more powerful than me. Headaches can keep me from running!
Thank you BlackScorpion! Has your watch been good? I hope youβve locked the chocolate gin away! π€£

I'll let you know in about 3 hours or so. I have a date with my running shoes in about 1.5 to 2 hours π. The chocolate gin is still in the cupboard, doesn't look as if the level is lower, so crossing fingers!
