I have hurt my left hip whilst running last week.
I have rested as much as possible, and have been taking anti inflammatory and paracetamol, but with little effect.
I always stretch and warm up/down.
Any advice?

Cooling down and post run stretching helps avoid some injuries, but it cannot prevent others.
