Pavement/road v grass

H

I have always run on grass up to now but with the wet weather think I need to move onto running on local roads. I run for 35 minutes three times a week but only average around 5 to 6 km an hour.

What are the main differences I should expect?

Many thanks.

You will find running on hard surfaces is faster but will also impart more impact stresses to your legs.
