Rainy Autumn is here to stay and the idea is to prepare better for outdoor running, figure out how to run in the rain and what gear to wear. Remember, there is no bad weather, there' just bad running clothes and there are ways of dealing with that.
In the current climate of uncertainty here and around the world, it's more important than ever to exercise and thus improve our mental wellbeing, boost our immune system, reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress. Running can be of immense help.
