Week 6 run 3 - smashed it, loved it. After nearly a week with no running due to work, i was a bit apprehensive about this one. Probably my best run yet - even sped up for the last minute. Feel great π

I completed this run today as well and am frankly too scared to break the routine as I am sure I would slip back and potentially not be able to get back up the mountain. If nothing else that keeps me heading out. Feel the fear and do it any way and all that.
I know what u mean - i feel like if a have a break, i fear iβll be back at week one huffing and puffing after a minute! Just shows how adaptable we our. Good luck for week 7 πͺπ»
