Another 25 minutes under my belt, another 4km, another few calories spent. Didn't have any music on today, just decided to listen to my breathing and clear my mind. Quite enjoyed the peace. Actually started counting down from 1,000 during my last ten minutes and that concentration helped the time pass. My cheeks are now glowing hotter than lava and I'm soaking in sweat but I feel absolutely brilliant. Argued with myself during the whole thing as usual but it was mind over matter. This programme works !! Next run Sunday 🏃
