Well! After 3 months of my last jog! I had 3 runs to go! (W9R1) I knew I wouldn’t be able to carry on where I left off so I thought I’d go back to W6R2! I was knackered!! Not giving up tho! Tomorrow is another day! But was so disappointed in myself 😞

Thats a long break. You did well.. give yourself credit for what you've achieved getting back at it and keep putting in the effort to improve

Thankyou, getting back into work after lockdown was tough! I have 2 jobs housekeeping and a waitress! Both so tiring! I feel I’m ready to get back into jogging, just gutted I had only 3 runs left to complete!

You will get there.. good luck with it!

Thats amazing the stage your at even though you had a break. Dont be hard on yourself. Think how far you've come and you'll be back there soon.. 😊

Think how far you've come... I'm only at week one. And today had a really bad stitch and didn't get week one completed properly. So going to re do run3. Hopefully without a stitch.

Long way to where you are!
