You are in good company- many people find they are caught out by this run. You are nearly at the continuous runs where you can relax into finding your “happy pace”. 😄

The run portion of today's workout is two minutes shorter than W5R3. But the addition of the two 3 minute walks extends the overall workout time by 4 minutes. This is what makes it a little harder.
