Just got in, it felt a little harder than the first run.
Did not think I would do it because my leg started to get heavy after 2 minutes. But it soon eased off and I did it!!

My third week 4 run was harder than the first two. Not sure why. These things just happen.

Well done MSt, week 4 was one of the most difficult for me. There is big jump in the amount of running but it’s really a learning week, about finding your pace (and breathing). I was sometimes going too fast, not breathing correctly and getting a stitch. Slow it down if you’re struggling and you’ll smash it. 👍
