Well after graduating and managing to complete 2x5k runs, the last in July my running didn't get any faster and struggling when out with my breathing, I have started again.
I had a few weeks of redoing week 9 trying to improve. I stopped for another week or so, then tested positive for Covid. Did the self isolation and was allowed out again 2 weeks ago... Decided i needed to try and see what I could do. I was the preverbal couch potato before starting the c25k back in April and didn't want to let that all go to waste especially as I enjoyed it!
So far starting again has been ok, I have taken it steady and stopped if I needed to but the weather has helped. No wind, it's been nice and calm and hardly anyone about.. any wind and that completely stops me and struggle to get my breath..
Who knows what the weather will be like for my next outing, but if it's decent I'll be out and resuming this journey.
