Week 3 - Run 3

Week 3 is done and dusted! This run was relatively easy compared to the previous two, I think because I’d had a decent amount of sleep over the weekend. I got up to speed pretty quickly and I finished the run with energy to spare. The live Straits concert is nearly done so I’ll need to find other tracks to run to in the future. Tuesday night is the start of Week 4!

I just realised when I was talking about making that jump from 9 to 16 minutes of running, that’s Week 4. Anyway you’re doing great.
