Making progress slowly

Just finished week 6 for the first time. I will probably do it again a couple of times before moving up to week 7.

I'm very pleased to be here. At the end of week 6 run 3 Laura says "you are now a proper runner", or something like that although I don't really believe it.

Still worried about getting injured before I finish the course but only a few minor tweaks in my calves at the moment. It's boring but I need to keep up my stretching routine after every run.

Good luck everybody !

Well done. Yes, it's called "imposter syndrome" we struggle to recognise and credit ourselves with these new achievements.

Stretching is so important and really pays dividends in the long run 👍🏻😁
