Great spirit. I finished C25K over a year ago and I am still running three times a week. It really does make a big difference and regular consolidation runs post C25K just make all that hard work worth it as you just continue to get fitter and fitter. Good luck !

Well done you! Maybe in a years time I can comment on another beginner to C25k and tell them I’m still running and to encourage them to stick with it.

Well done and there's nothing wrong with being slow and steady. You are getting out and about exercising that's the main thing. I bet you're feeling good about it as well.
