Well I did it! Thought I was going to stop several times but managed to keep plodding each time. Got home before the warm down walk was finished, ended up walking round and round my garden! Doesn't seem like I really ran for 20 minutes non-stop, feels like it was a dream. Looking forward to the weekend off.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done!! I'm so please for you. Onto W6R1 now. Mine is on Sunday and have taken note to keep this one slow even if we have completed W5R3. Good luck.
