Wow! Just done W9R1! Had done W8R3 a few more times just to be sure I could do it. I am so proud of myself and a huge thank you to my ‘coach’ Sarah Millican for the encouragement (nagging?!).

I didnt run the distance 5k - was a bit short - but I did run for 30 minutes - so my goal is to speed up so that I do reach 5k in the 30 mins.

Unfortunately the cows were my only witness to my success and ‘whopping’ to myself - they were not bothered at all!!

Well done Vonni12 - I'll give you virtual kudos for that first 30 minute run - thats an incredible achievement. 👏🎉Were you running in wellies though - that mud looks deep?! 😂

Thanks for responding - the lanes I run down are not too bad - bit of jumping puddles now and then but i find it better than running on the road / pavement - no pedestrians to get in my way etc. Also no one is watching me except the animals who just look bemused at me if they are at all interested!
