Decided this morning I could do a 7k. Went out a little later than normal which meant I didn’t have to avoid the slugs and snails 🐌. Steady run and decided that although tired I could stretch it to 8k. Then the thought came into my head that I had started a bit quick so if I ran for 8k I would be short by about 4 minutes to get to the achievement of running for 60 minutes.
So dilemma, abandon the 8k or do more? The desire not to give up was too strong but as anyone who has read my post knows technology isn’t my strong point so I had to guess to when 60 minutes was. Afraid I would stop at 59 minutes I continued to 8.5k.
