Woke up after a night shift, felt that it was cool enough to do W9R3, so got the trainers on and went for it!

Can't believe that I can now run for 30 mins - haven't quite got to 5k but the achievement of the time is what I was aiming for so happy with that.

Just need my badge now 😁

Well done on that post nightshift running, that's my scenario pretty much all the time 😴..... The normal route to getting that shiny grey smudge would be to post a message on the badge request page...
