Not sure how I feel, no more breaks between running time, guess by end of w7, will be used to it, feeling like a proper runner now, be it, still very slow! 🐒

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 6, from now on it's all non stop running, once you have completed run 3 of week 6 you will be officially a runner πŸƒπŸΎ.

Thanks, I do feel like a runner now, when I'm out, and see people running, I always check their technique too! πŸ˜‚

I never thought of it like that. I have run 3 of week 6 tomorrow too!!! 22 minute run. Yikes. I loved the 20 min run though so fingers crossed the 22 min run is as much fun for me! And here was me gasping for breath on run 1, week 1. Never thought I'd make it to 60 seconds, never mind 20 mins. This programme definitely works.

I know what you mean about the early runs, in w1/2, I too quite enjoyed the 20 min run, in w5, think I was going to fast, in the early weeks, did one of the runs, w4, i think, with my daughter, wasnt really able to talk, while running, back then! πŸ₯΅ Just had to check, our next run, w6 r3, is 25 mins, not 22!! πŸ˜‚ good luck anyway, nice to have found someone, on the same runs, with me, tomorrow evening, after work for me. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ
