Finished c25k about 3 weeks ago, I’m still going and using stepping stone podcast which is fab! I think today is first day I’ve actually done nearly 5k apart from time walking (no’s 1&6). Bit of a dilemma though, I’ve been working from home since April but next week I’m actually back in work, I’ve tried going out at night after tea but I find I’m walking a lot in between jogging, just can’t manage the full 30 mins . Any tips and advice for after work runs, should I have tea first or when I get back? I sort family’s tea out when I get in from work so it’s nearly 7pm when I would be sorted to go out, many thanks everyone for inspiration!

Week 12 I think 🤔
I prefer not to run having just eaten. Ideally allow at least two hours for digestion. The problem is that running will divert blood flow away from your digestive system, which can often make you feel a bit nauseous.
I see your problem at the moment is finding a full hour somewhere in the day to do your run.
Hi, well done so far, I also found the podcast brilliant i like the stamina one and Laura's voice drives me on for the 12 weeks, I move on to the ju ju 10k plan, and thats Fabulous.
Its a good way to trim you, I went for the 60min version as opposed to the 10k,
But I find the morning is best ,but like you I am struggling to fit it in, since I was on lockdown its was brill for 4 months, so I do a late in week around 5pm and go steady, then Friday evening and Sunday go for normal run/jog for at least 30mins.
Was so tempted to do Saturday and Sunday back to back.
But that's not a good practice. Good luck 👍
Graduated a few weeks ago. I go out on Tuesday and Thursday nights get home from work about 6.30 and out by 7pm. I have a banana and cereal bar at 5 I find that works well for me, and have a lighter than normal meal after my run, also make sure I am properly hydrated throughout the day
