When I think back to 2 months ago, I couldn't imagine myself running for 30 minutes. 60 seconds seemed like such a success π but here I am W9 R1 and just back from my first 30 minute run and feeling amazing! I was feeling so chuffed that I even had to share the news with a neighbour that I passed on my walk home π

Feels good, doesn't it, congratulations on completing run 1 of week 9, only two more runs until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run ππΎ π
Great work and only two more till you graduate π. The level of chuff you have just experienced is a small dose of what you will feel after your graduation run. Congratulations in advance π

I still feel that sense of achievement 6 weeks after graduating- I still canβt quite believe that I can run 30+ mins ππ I wonder when that feeling of wonder goes away or if I am not quite normal π€·π»ββοΈ
Well done on your first 30 minute run - itβs a brilliant achievement and you should feel super proud and be grinning like a wally every time it crosses your mind ππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ
