My 1st 5k!

Today I ran my 1st ever 5k. It took me 47 minutes to do it. My running varied from deciding to run as fast as I could from 1 point to another & then slowing right down to a run that was barely more than a walk but still a run! 2 days a week I having been running on Week 3 as I this is my 2nd time doing the C25k programme, but after today I am going to jump onto Week 5 next week. I will continue to do it for a few weeks to increase my speed & stamina & then next Friday try the 5k run again & see if I can run for less time even if I only manage 46 minutes
