W6R1 completed!

Since this is a working from home day, I didn’t have to wake up at silly o’clock with a chest torch for my run. It was a glorious morning. Although the run time for W6R1 is slightly less than W5R3, I did feel it slightly more towards the end, but loved it. Had a glorious feeling.

Have had a hard time the last couple of days at work, & a bit of a sleepless night last night for it. I wondered if I would make the run this morning, should I go tomorrow instead.

I’m so glad I did go out.

It cleared my head, the endorphins in my brain made me feel refreshed to address the knotty work issue and I started resolving it rather than worrying about it.

I took this pic while on the warm down walk at the end as I got out of the park.

Thank you, C25K and the community here, for your support 💕
