Back again.... knee problems have plagued me since about week 4 I think. After staring from scratch 3 times now (I’m determined to run) I’m now at week 5, just completed run 2. I’m now running on the treadmill and my knees have been fine. I’ll continue like this till my muscles around my knee are stronger and I’ve lost more weight. Then I’ll try running on the roads/pavements again. Bit nervous/excited for run 3 week 5. Could never have imagined in Feb at nearly 15 stone I’d be able to run at all and be nearly 3 stone lighter.
