YAY just completed run 3 week 7 and feel I'm almost there. Until last week was running on grass in park. This week has been on the treadmill. It's different cos its constant whereas when I just have sarah in my ears my body and music beat (sometimes) dictates speed. I'd be interested to hear what others think

It is very different as a constant speed, a constant incline, nothing to trip you up, no roads to cross but sometimes that's what you need to do - as long as you're running it really doesn't matter.

I had to run on the treadmill to lessen the impact on my knees. I find it easier as it’s a constant speed and don’t have to manoeuvre round potholes, uneven pavement etc. Ideally, once my knees are better, I’ll run outside again though. I’ll still run at the gym too.
