Week 5 been tough as I was unwell for a couple of days. Completed run 3 which is a big jump up to 20 mins solid run and I never thought I could do it. Picked Michael Johnson as my talking coach and I’m glad I did. His voice is amazing to listen to and encourage me. Week 6 here I come

Congratulations on completing week 5, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃🏾.
Thank you and I did notice that. However wk 5 run 3 came as a surprise . Wee short runs them wham 20 mins just like that
Yes 8 minutes run one day and a 20 minutes run 48 hours later is a big jump, however, the program has cleverly prepared you for it, very few runners give up before the 20 minutes are completed.
