Week 9

Yesterday I finally finished all my runs , I can’t tell you how happy I am , I am 57 and haven’t done any running since my high school days , always told myself I can’t run and now I can run out doors for 30 mins and a bit longer on the treadmill at the gym , i am going to keep it up and run 3 times a week , I had the help of my sister in law who came on quite a few of my runs with me which really helped when I was feeling so tired she encouraged me to keep going , if she can do this anyone can , so get out there and enjoy all your runs . Xx
