I completed the 3rd run of week 7. Three 25-minutes runs this week, not easy to do. Couldn’t believe I made it though just over 3kms. But it seemed enjoying the park sights during running was a complete different feelings from walking. You felt empowered. Of course the longer runs made me feel more tired than previous runs too. Anyway I am going to challenge 28-minutes run next week.
