I started my W5R3 run at 6:25 this morning and took this pic after completing the 5 min warm up- slightly shaky as I’d started running when I took it. Faffed around with my playlist as I couldn’t decide what I wanted to listen to for this key run.
Completed 15 min quite easily, was on a slightly uphill bit then, and wondered if I was going to be ok. Turned out I was fine- however....I decided to run on the grass by the side of the trail and hit a dip and fell down. I have weak ankles and had a nightmare thought that I’d twist my ankle.
Got up and dusted myself off & kept going. Ankle was slightly painful, but luckily it held up & I completed it.
I was able to run the 20 min quite easily otherwise & was jubilant!

Spot the moon in that photograph 👍, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
