Upped my game a little! Didn't mean to really just ran how felt naturally and seemed to get a bit further a bit faster πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ» Il upload the data for a comparison 😁

Run went smooth and could have done a little bit further, very pleased.

Good run! And your pace looks like it’s going up nicely there and if it’s feeling comfortable, that is such a bonus πŸ‘πŸ»

I’m sitting it out today with a couple of niggles (right knee, left quad), trying to be sensible and not push it. I don’t want to be on the injured bench! I’ve got a strength training session later so thought I’d better not have a double training day. Spent a lot of yesterday changing my mind about a run this morning, yes I would do it, no I’d better not etc!!! Bah! I really missed it this morning I must say. I love a routine! Hopefully will get run 2 done tomorrow or Fri, that is new plan.
