Good dry run for you today Tbae 😊👍
Yes thanks Alan.👍
You forget how short the initial C25k sessions are.
Just keeping it steady and looking forward to the continuous runs again soon.
🏃♂️⭐️👏👏💪🙏
Yes, for the sake of nostalgia I recently repeated weeks 1 to 5 and runs 1 and 2 of week 6 of C25K, if I remember correctly week 2 are 6/90 second runs with 5/2 minute walking breaks.
During the winter I do not cycle but go long walks, but since I started running instead of repeating C25K I will run at least 2 runs a week, one being this winter, weather permiting a (not) parkrun and another 3K run, I am lucky that I have two parks very close to where I live, with the new trail shoes I have, I could run a 3K, even a 5K on grass if it was very icy.

Does it get easier every time you repeat C25K? Glad you dodged the rain 👍
