Gutted to have picked up an injury at work thats going to delay my graduation at the end of this week 🙁

Swollen and scuffed so not too bad .. maybe squeeze a run in by the weekend 🤞

You must be gutted. I too am on the injury couch with 2 runs left to do. I tried yesterday to do W9R2 yesterday and had to turn back. Injury was still niggling too much.

Hopefully you fully recovered by the end of the week and get to the finishing post.🤞🏻

Thank you. It’s improving day by day. Hoping to do a run on Friday 🤞🏻If all the pain is gone. I’ve been doing massage and some targeted exercises to the area( on the advice of physio through video call as face to face consults are not available due to Covid 19) Will have been a couple of weeks since the last one. Unsure wether to do a shorter run of continue with W9.
