I started C25K again on 1st October. I'm sure no-one remembers me from this board but I did the programme over the summer of 2018, completing every run with lots of ups and downs... except W9R3! I never actually graduated. It's almost as if once I had ticked off the goal of 30 minutes non-stop running, I ended up stopping completely. I was sad to let all that hard work go away, but life (and a spell of very poor mental health) caught up with me.
Fast-forward to now, I took up indoor rowing over lockdown on my much-neglected rowing machine, and started to build up some fitness again. My sister sent me a link to a running challenge for October, and I decided I wanted to give Couch to 5K another go. I really loved running when I was doing it regularly, and all the other benefits that came with it, so here I am again.
I've now completed R1 and R2 of Week 1, and it's all coming back to me. The feeling of wanting to keep your feet moving, managing your pace to make sure you don't stop, the elation when you can tick each run off as 'complete', and the dulcet tones of Sarah Millican in my ear...
I can't wait to share the journey with you lovely lot again.

Well done for starting again. You’ll have more confidence this time around because you got SO far last time. Good Luck - keep posting so we know how you’re getting on 😊
I think "I sort of remember you" I was also doing the course from April to June that year, a bit flustrating for you to do all the runs except run 3 of week 9 😂
Good luck this time on completing ALL the runs and best wishes for your graduation run in around 9 weeks time, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to. 😊 🏃🏾 By all means report here on all your runs until you graduate. 😊
Well done you for starting again 😊 Amazing you got to running for 30 minutes previously and so close to finishing last time. We’re all routing for you so keep going and keep posting 💪
Welcome back! I’ve just gone through it again after having a motivation dip over lockdown. It’s like putting an old sweater on......comfy! Best of luck as you build on your stamina and find the joy again
Sarah Milligan was my running mate too_loved the way she spoke_always half expecting her to crack a joke .
You are an old hand at this so you will know just how everyone will be willing you to succeed and the experience and wealth of knowledge of some members is phenomenal.
