The Way Forward

W9R1 was completed this morning and I feel good. It was sunny, cool (about 6C) and windy and I did my usual route in reverse. This meant that more time was spent running into the westerlies than having them push me along. Consequently I found it a bit tough towards the end but still managed a “sprint” in the last minute and managed to cover 4.32k which I am very happy about as I would have accepted the .32k in 30 minutes before I started this crazy amazing adventure.

For me the keys have been positivity, determination and the advice and support of the wonderful folk in this community. I know this triumvirate will see me through the rest of this programme and beyond.

Enjoy your running.

Well done. The weather can be a challenge and the trick is to embrace it all!
