Not sure about others, but I had loads of questions to ask when I started running. I was so clueless it was embarrassing. Thankfully, I had a few friends and this forum and got my answers through.
Some questions are about what clothes to wear or what to drink before or during the run. Some relate to calorie burn, stretching or muscle building. We aren't too sure whether to run on consecutive days or with sore legs either. Cross-training? Fast running or running on an empty stomach? Some people aren't sure how to breathe or whether they should follow a training plan, some ask about benefits of outdoor running vs treadmill or if they should go out and run with a cold.
