Excellent run for you Dutch Fraggle, great time for your 5K Race for Life this morning

When I was running my (not) parkrun today I saw several runners wearing what you are wearing in that photograph, they were also taking part in the Race for Life on the same course as my (not) parkrun, I was wearing my Vitality Parkrun Apricot T Shirt, as I passed them they said good morning to me, all very friendly, you could have got a sub 30 minute 5k if you had chosen a route which doesn't cross a main road, congratulations on completing that Race for Life. 😊 🏃🏾
