New run

Yesterday I was contemplating my next run. I saw a weather report for today, which didn’t look too promising. My partner, who has been running for years was about to head out so I decided to go with him. We hadn’t been out together since week one and I was complaining all the way 😳. It’s a wonder he agreed for me to tag along

Instead of my usual road run we headed to the local country park. The run wasn’t that long (about 2.5 miles) but it was a real joy. Running across field and through woodland. The best thing was the difference in my stamina and ability to keep up. I hadn’t really thought about it before. So for everyone heading for graduation, keep running 🏃🏻‍♀️ keep smiling😄 it will be so worth it 🥳🤩🏆
