Hi all. I’ve just finished week 7 and I’m feeling pretty good about it. I don’t really like evening running but it was an early start at work and a pre-work run was not going to happen. This week I decided to start measuring how long I’m running for (not counting the warm up and warm down walks). I’m averaging about 3.25k in 25 minutes and I’m totally ok with that. I understand that not everyone will make it to 5k by the end of the programme. That said I’d be interested to hear others experience of completing the programme and improving their speed and distance. Thanks.

Congratulations on completing week 7 of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 8, not long now until you graduate 😁 🏃🏾 👍

Well done on completing W7! 👏🏼

I’m planning on R3 Friday 😊

I decided that as I’m now officially a ‘runner’ I’ve started recording my activities as *runs* on Strava and MapMyWalk. (Have previously recorded as *walks*)

Using Strava now to record the actual ‘running’ part, and MMW for the whole session, until I reach 2 miles.

25mins on Strava = R1: 2.6km...R2: 2.62

Time for 2 miles on MMW = R1: 33.54...R2: 34:56 (I know I was very slow on the warm up, fiddling with music 🙄)

From what I’ve seen on here, there are post C25k programmes 👍
