Can’t believe I’ve just run for 28 minutes, varied the route because of the rain so needed to avoid the muddy trail near the river. When Michael told me I had 5 minutes to go, legs got a bit heavy but I kept going right to the end. Then I checked Strava and I saw the distance 2.9 (including my 5 min warm up walk) and was deflated, then I realised it was in miles 😂😂😂. Anyway, I have reset it to km and looking forward to run 2 on Friday...woohoo...
On another note, any suggestions for must have gear for running in the upcoming winter months would be very welcome.
