I was watching the rain bouncing off the garden table and contemplating cancelling my run and just sitting down to my dinner (shepherds pie!!! ) but I just couldn’t bring myself to step away from the routine I’ve got and off I went - with Ollie in tow as usual!!!
It was a grand run! Not great but not bad. My legs felt heavy at the start but soon I’d settled down and reflecting on it now - this was the first long run where I wasn’t begging for the half way bell!!!
Top of the hill turnaround tree came and went and then I was heading home.
Still can’t believe I’ve stuck to this programme and am delighted and excited for week9.
Soggy doggie and I are now dried, fed and I’m about to have a cuppa.
Sending loads of happy hugs to everyone. 💕💕💕💕💕
