After several 30 minute consolidation runs you could try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, those could help you get a little faster with your running.

Congratulations on graduating! I bet your thrilled! I'm still a couple of weeks off but your question is one that has been on my mind because I really enjoy the app. The coaches just seem to chip in at the right time to give you a boost 🙂
If you get into a good rhythm with your breathing it helps, take a nice deep breath in then purse your lips slightly as you breath out, so you exhale slightly slower.....it works for me anyway. Try the Nike Run Club app, guided runs as on C25k, but you pick which one you’d like to do, there are lots of various ones including a 4K, which might be a good one to get you closer to 5k 👍
